We're about to hit the final week of the current season, which means we could be mere days away from the Fortnite Season 11 start. We're so close now, but until we get official confirmation of what's coming next we can still take a look ahead and consider the options, especially as Epic Games has previous form for hiding teases of upcoming content within the game. As we count down the final days of Fortnite Season 10, or Fortnite Season X if you want to be technically correct, we eagerly await news of what the next big thing will be for the battle royale. Naturally, until we get that definitive answer, we can still pull together this roundup of everything we know so far about Fortnite Season 11, including the expected start date.

When does Fortnite Season 11 start?

A Fortnite season typically lasts for around 10 weeks, although that has been subject to change in seasons of late. According to the latest leaks, the Fortnite API has the Season 10 end date pegged as either October 13 or October 17, adding on one additional week to the current season which will probably be filled with some Fortnite Overtime challenges. Therefore, we can expect to see Fortnite Season 11 start on October 17, 2019 – could we see some spooky Halloween antics?
