Of course, Star Wars is now in Fortnite

Stormtrooper skin free when you buy Jedi: Fallen Order via Epic.

At last, I have the perfect avatar for my terrible aim. To celebrate today's launch of Star Wars: Jedi Fallen Order, the franchise's iconic Imperial Stormtrooper is now available as a skin in Fortnite.

The outfit comes free if you buy Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order from the Epic Games Store before 30th November. Alternatively, it can be purchased in-game for 1500 Vbucks.

If you somehow buy the skin before purchasing Jedi: Fallen Order, you'll get the Vbucks instead. (And yes, if you refund the game, the skin goes too.)

And in the skies above Fortnite's island, if you look closely, a Star Destroyer can be seen parked in orbit overhead.

This is Fortnite's first collaboration with Star Wars (although not with Disney, for which it has partnered before for Wreck-It Ralph and a couple of Avengers tie-ins). It would not be a huge surprise if more Star Wars skins came to Fortnite alongside Rise of Skywalker next month...

As for Fallen Order itself, Emma searched her feelings for Eurogamer's Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order review and found Respawn's new game to be a bit of a mixed bag, with solid combat mired in shallow storytelling.
