Epic Games is usually good when it comes to patch notes, but it seems that they didn't add any for the latest update for Fortnite: Chapter 2, which led to a player finding a brand new gun.
The new gun is a Harpoon Gun, which was brought to light by Twitter account Fornite Battle Royale Leaks. As the Tweet states, the Harpoon Gun does 75 damage upon impact, however, no gameplay for the gun in action was released.
Fortnite Chapter 2 has been bringing a ton of new features to the game such as Fishing, but it seems that Epic Games is also releasing secret guns in the game without officially announcing them. Or this is a mistake and was supposed to release at a future date. We'll find out in a couple of days what Epic Games say about the new Harpoon Gun.

Similar to gift cards for Sony and Microsoft, users can soon pick up physical V-Bucks cards for Fortnite giving players the choice to either buy in-game money both online and in-store.
Epic Games also noted that if you do pick up a physical V-Bucks card this Holiday season, players will receive a free exclusive gift. Select retailers in the US, United Kingdom, France, and Germany will include a gift code for an in-game Merry Mint Pickaxe free with any purchase of an officially licensed Fortnite product.
